All cancellation requests for a stay at Casa Nevo must be submitted in writing. Guests who cancel 30 days or more before their scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of all payments made, less a [Insert Fee/Percentage, e.g., $50 administrative fee]. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost. For cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, all payments are non-refundable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.
